C3 midstream software is relaunching and revolutionizing the way small to midsize wholesale fuel suppliers perform by providing innovative cloud-based ERP software that drives enhanced margins, optimized delivery logistics, cost reductions, and revenue generation on a scale typically reserved for large enterprise companies. Our system eliminates the headaches associated with “homegrown” applications caused by manual processes, data errors, and an inability to scale. We build and deliver our products in a manner that is unrivaled by any competitor in the industry and do so with minimal disruption, exemplary customer care, and at an accessible total cost of ownership.
Revolutionizing How Wholesale Fuel Suppliers Perform”: C3 merges modern intuitive software design with a keen understanding of the key stressors to wholesale profitability, thus helping fuel suppliers manage product contracts, reduce operational costs and drive up profits in a manner never before possible at such an affordable price point. The result is a suite of modules that is unmatched in terms of process innovation, quality, and accessibility.
Overview of C3
C3 offers small to midsize wholesale and retail energy suppliers with a powerful backoffice system that can handle all aspects of the supply journey: contract management, scheduling, pricing, invoicing, payables, and inventory management. With a simple to use user interface, C3 is implemented in a short timeframe and does not require the internal client resources common with larger CTRM platforms.
C3 is licensed and implemented using a Cloud SaaS model which avoids the large upfront investment of other competitors. This model enhances the ability of small to mid-size wholesale and retail fuel suppliers to implement quickly which accelerates “time-to-value”, all while streamlining your IT stack and lowering ongoing capital expenses.
The shortcomings of homegrown internal systems can cost a fuel supplier significant amounts of money in billing errors, incorrect accruals, lack of visibility into financial positions, and higher labor expenses. C3 positions a company to lower cost risk in fluctuating markets, scale better through growth, ensure contract billing and accruals are correct, and lower staff risks by not needing as much in-depth knowledge of the business.
Overview of Optistream
The Optistream team is excited to announce that C3 midstream software is relaunching. Through many years supporting some of the most prominent brands in the industry, we have learned what it takes to help our customers achieve their operational and financial goals. The focus for C3 has always been putting the small to mid-size wholesaler or retailer first. This sector has been underserved for too long and struggles to afford the exorbitant prices of the bigger ERP players. The result is that many use outdated systems or rely on complex homegrown solutions full of manual processes. In today’s automated world, that is just not acceptable!
During our initial years of operation, we relied on available client-server technology. Although our main goal was to provide world class software at an accessible price point, this architecture added costs for us and our customers. We saw that as an “almost there, but not quite” outcome. We’re proud of the value we provide our clients but knew that something more was needed.
Fast forward to today, and C3 has been rebuilt as a cloud-native system targeted at small to midsize wholesale fuel suppliers that require a best of breed solution but at an affordable price. The same powerful toolkit but with lower cost, less disruptive onboarding and a simple monthly subscription plan.
A solution is only as good as the team delivering and supporting it. At Optistream, all that matters is customer care and that requires us to provide great technology along with deep wholesale fuel experience. You will never have to teach us about your business. C3 is backed by industry veterans with practical knowledge of all critical business functions such as fuel contract procurement, supply chain and fleet logistics, price risk management, and IT. Our aim is to partner with our customers and foster a culture of shared success.
